Emerald Hospital began as a collaborative class project that evolved into a fully developed brand and dining experience centered on kidney disease and therapeutic cuisine. The project re-imagines how healthcare communicates nutrition by shifting it from something restrictive to something supportive and empowering, blending clinical knowledge with a human-centered approach. Through thoughtful branding and a brochure design, therapeutic cuisine is positioned as an accessible and meaningful part of the healing process, encouraging patients to view food as a tool for living well.
